Our charming bedrooms are a mix of tradition and modernity. All our non smoking rooms have double beds, private bathrooms, freeview flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making facilities.

Since the 18th century, the "Moutarde de Dijon", a mustard made with black mustard seeds, has been a symbol of our region. You can visit a mustard factory in Beaune
and taste the different types of mustard.

Another speciality of Dijon is the "Pain d'Epices" or honey bread. It always makes you think of Christmas. It is enjoyed with "foie gras" (liver pâté), goat's cheese or figs. Because it contains a lot of honey, it is also very popular by athletes.

In the "Côte d'Or", the cultivation of blackcurrants is closely linked to wine-growing. You can savour them in a Kir Royal made into liqueur.
